Rapid Response (RR)

Missouri Rapid Response program is part of the Workforce Investment Act (WIA) and provides employers and employees who are affected by business closings and cutbacks with information and assistance to help alleviate the unemployment and economic distress that result from these employment actions. All services are provided at no cost to the employer or employees.
